Yes, we can put your club logo on Crazy Arms. We use our standard sun sleeves, in the colours we already make, and add your logo. Custom orders start at 20 pairs, and it all begins with the short enquiry form on our clubs page.
That is the short answer. Here is how custom arm sleeves work, and why we love making them.
Why we make custom sleeves for clubs
As keen sports people, we love to support communities and clubs. Junior and senior cricket clubs. The golf club, be it the pennants team, mates off on tour, or just a value add for the pro shop to sell. Bowls, archery, cycling, horse riding and soccer clubs are among our customers. They all share a responsibility to look after the health and welfare of their members. While providing sunscreen is good, providing arm sleeves is even better. A sleeve stays put. Ours are made from ARPANSA tested UPF 50+ fabric that blocks at least 98% of UV, and there is nothing to reapply at drinks.
A sleeve in club colours with the club logo on it just looks right. It turns sun protection into part of the kit, rather than something the keen ones wear and everyone else forgets. For junior teams, it is one less thing for parents to worry about as they take a breath after the morning rush getting kids to the sport field.
Custom sun sleeves we have made for clubs
Over the years we have made custom sleeves for cricket, golf, archery, cycling, lawn bowls and riding clubs. A few you might spot on our clubs page: white sleeves for Forest District CC, navy for Archery ACT and for Clovelly, and white and black for St Michael's Golf Club, whose logo is a yellow tailed black cockatoo. Custom golf sleeves are a great fit for a club's pro shop, and you can read the story behind the St Michael's black cockatoo sleeves.
How a custom arm sleeves order works
- Send us an enquiry. The form on the clubs page asks for your club or organisation, the sport, roughly how many pairs you need, your preferred colours and what you need for the logo.
- Share your logo. Add a link to the file in the form (Google Drive, Dropbox or similar, set so anyone with the link can view it), or simply email it to us.
- We come back to you. We aim to reply within 48 hours with any questions, or a quote.
- Minimum order. Custom orders start at 20 pairs. Once your logo is set up, you can top up later with fewer than 20 pairs.
- Pricing. Custom logo orders are quoted separately, as the price depends on things like the size of your logo and the artwork. Every custom order gets a detailed quote, and the pricing guide on the clubs page has an example for 75 pairs to give you an idea. Alternatively you can go for unbranded sleeves with our 25% club discount.
- Delivery. To Australian locations it is about 6 to 8 weeks from ordering, subject to our stock; note timing can vary over the Christmas holiday period.
- Outside Australia. We take custom orders from New Zealand and further afield too. Timing for overseas orders is given on request, and a bulk delivery may be subject to customs clearance and additional import duties in your country.
How your logo is printed
We print your logo onto the sleeves with a heat press, which gives a result that stays looking good through stretching and many wears and washes. Your logo can be any size and any number of colours, and we are happy to advise. Artwork normally comes from the club, and we send you a digital mock up so you can see the size of the logo on the sleeve and approve it. You choose whether it goes on one sleeve or both.
Choosing colours and sizes
We use our standard Crazy Arms colours for custom orders, so start with what your club already wears. Plain colour sleeves can be customised, including our thumbhole sleeves, but our prints cannot. White is the classic pick to go with cricket whites, although many clubs now have coloured uniforms. Navy and black suit a lot of golf and bowls uniforms. If your colours are brighter, our Club Colour Cricket Arm Sleeves show the block colours we make, from mid blue and dark blue to maroon, green, red, pink and stone, in kids and adult sizes.
One order can cover different sizes, so the junior squad and the senior side can order together, and every player gets a sleeve that fits.
Delivery
Normally we would quote to send all the sleeves in one delivery to one address. However we can organise for orders to be sent to individual addresses, where standard shipping rates would apply
Not after a logo? The club deal
Club politics can sometimes make adding a logo a complicated process, and it does add to the cost. Our goal is to help make sure club members get arms covered, so just going for the club deal may make things easier. Clubs get 25% off orders of 20 pairs or more of our standard sleeves bought without customisation, mixed and matched across colours and sizes. For cricket, our white arm sleeves are the classic choice, and golf clubs can browse our golf sleeves for something to suit the club shirt.
What they are made of? Produced with the planet in mind.
Custom or not, they are the same Crazy Arms. Made with premium Italian fabric created with ECONYL®, a yarn regenerated from waste including ghost fishing nets recovered from the ocean. They are packed in 100% recycled packaging. Your logo goes on a sleeve that does the job and does a bit of good along the way.
