Shipping costs will be shown in Australian dollars when you check out. The details below give you the local currency equivalent, but this is subject to normal exchange rate fluctuations. All shipping times are listed in business days (Monday to Friday)*.

Standard Delivery: AUD $4.25 per pair. Despatched within 2 days*. Delivery 5-10 days. (No Tracking).

Express Tracked Delivery: AUD $9.95.  Despatched within 1 day*. Delivery 1-3 days. (we dispatch from Sydney, so WA, NT tend to be 2-3 days Express)

Orders $90 and over: FREE Shipping. Despatched within 1 day*. Delivery 2-3 days.

New Zealand

Cost: $AU 9.75 (NZ$10.50). Free Delivery on orders over AU $90 (NZ $95). Delivery time: 5-10 days*.

Singapore

Cost: AU$ 12.50 (SG$ 12.50). Free Delivery on orders over AU$ 90(SG$ 85). Delivery time: 5-10 days*.

What if my sleeves are damaged on arrival? 

Crazy Arms are packed in sturdy recycled packs. No plastic pouches for us! If there is a problem with the arm sleeves when they arrive, please email us at hello@crazyarms.com within 2 days of receiving your item outlining the issue, along with photographs that show how the product is damaged.  If you then return the sleeves we will post you a new pair or issue a full refund.

What if my order is the wrong size?

Please use our sizing guide when selecting your order. If the fit does work when you try them on, please email us at hello@crazyarms.com within 2 days of receiving your item outlining the issue.

Sent as a gift? No worries - we will waive the number of days since purchase

We ask the gift recipient to contact us at hello@crazyarms.com, and our helpful team will sort an exchange / refund at no cost (A/NZ), as long as the Crazy Arms have not been worn outdoors, and the original packaging can be returned.

We offer a no hassle returns and exchange policy and will provide you with a replacement pair or a full refund on return of the items.
