What if my sleeves are damaged on arrival?
Crazy Arms are packed in sturdy recycled packs. No plastic pouches for us! If there is a problem with the arm sleeves when they arrive, please email us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your item outlining the issue, along with photographs that show how the product is damaged. If you then return the sleeves we will post you a new pair or issue a full refund.
What if my order is the wrong size?
Please use our sizing guide when selecting your order. If the fit does work when you try them on, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving your item outlining the issue. We offer a no hassle returns and exchange policy and will provide you with a replacement pair or a full refund on return of the items.
Approximately how long does it take to receive my order?
Within Australia please allow 2 business days for product to be dispatched and 5-10 business days for delivery. For full details please see above.
