Cloudy, rainy days, and still dangerous UV

On cloudy days, there can still be a very high UV index. The number of high UV days will increase as the planet gets warmer. Repair to the ozone layer has been slowed by other chemicals usage. Cloud cover only filters some of the UV rays.
