How do I find my size?
Two measurements decide it, and both take ten seconds with a tape.
Adults: measure your bicep. Put a tape around your bicep with the arm straight and read the number in centimetres, then check it against the sizes below. That is the measurement that decides an adult size.
Kids: measure their height, not their age. Height is a good stand in for bicep width, and kids of the same age vary a lot. There's a rough age guide alongside, but if the height and the age disagree, go by the height.
Length, if you want to check it: measure from the wrist bone to the armpit.

Regular or Relaxed?
"Crazy Arms are designed to fit like a second skin for athletic activity. This should feel a little tight on first wearing, but will ease to a snug fit after one or two wears. If you are using Crazy Arms for activities with high arm movement (e.g. golf, tennis, cricket, sailing), we recommend the "Regular" Fit up to a 32cm bicep. This will help ensure the upper elastic band keeps the sleeve in place."

The age guide is just that, a guide. Kids grow at very different rates, so if the height and the age disagree, go by the height.
What if I'm between two sizes?
Go by what you'll be doing. Take the smaller size if you want the sleeve to stay put through sport, and the larger one if you'd rather forget you're wearing it on a long day in the garden. It also depends on your arm composition: muscly will be okay with a tighter fit, while a more relaxed fit may be better for arms with a little more padding.
Will they stretch?
They give, they don't go baggy. It's a two way stretch fabric, so the first wear feels close and then settles to snug. Wash them cool, skip the softener and dry them outside rather than in a dryer, and they'll keep their shape for several summers.
How tight is too tight?
Snug is right, tight isn't. If they still pinch or feel uncomfortable after a wear or two, go up a size. If you're pulling them back up every ten minutes, go down one. Crazy Arms are happy to help you with size advice. Simply email at hello@crazyarms.com and they can guide you through it.
